Biography: Mr. Coppola joined Delaney & Muncey, P.C. in June of 2007, bringing with him more than 12 years of litigation experience. He has a broad range of experience in all aspects of litigation in state and federal courts, as well as before government agencies and arbitrators.
After graduating from Boston University School of Law in 1993, Mr. Coppola began his legal career as a law clerk to a trial court judge in Baltimore, Maryland. His clerkship was followed by four years as an associate for a boutique litigation firm in Baltimore well-known there for its complex business and construction practice. In 1998, Mr. Coppola returned to Massachusetts and began work as an associate for the Boston firm of Sugarman, Rogers, Barshak & Cohen, P.C. where he concentrated his practice in the defense of employment and personal injury claims. Mr. Coppola later gained experience as an associate in the Boston office of Nixon Peabody, LLP within the firm’s Construction Practice Group. Most recently, Mr. Coppola operated his own solo practice focused on serving the litigation needs of individuals and small business clients.
